Description: Participants will explore the defining traits, values, and communication styles of Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z, gaining insights into how these impact workplace interactions. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, they’ll learn strategies to overcome communication barriers, promote mutual understanding, and enhance teamwork across generations.
