Whether it’s personal resolutions or professional goals, the struggle with change is a universal human experience. Change can be scary, exciting, overwhelming, inspiring, frustrating, and/or invigorating. Sometimes, our thoughts and feelings about change keep us in the same place we’ve been for years or sabotage our efforts once we try to make a move.
