Summer Brain Games from Museum of Science and Industry Chicago
From the Museum of Science and Industry Chicago website: Summer Brain Games provides eight weeks of free and fun at-home science experiments designed to combat the “summer brain drain,” when kids lose months of critical learning. The free online activity guide features weekly experiments with step-by-step instructions. This year, we’ll blast off and explore space with activities that are easily done at home with kids of all ages (and a little adult supervision).
These great activities are emailed weekly starting on June 22 (remember: those northerners break for summer later than us), and they make for fun memory-building and scientific discovery experiences for families and for summer camp. Register now to receive these great ideas for your budding scientist(s)!
