SOLVE Program Launch – Virtual Learning

Are you seeking help with your kids to assist with virtual learning? DECAL has you covered. They are now launching SOLVE (Supporting Onsite Learning for Virtual Education). SOLVE provides financial assistance for families with students enrolled in a Georgia public school system that is only offering a virtual learning model.  These scholarships are used to support working families for children ages 5-12 (grades kindergarten thru 6th) by paying for care, supervision and support during the school day while students are engaged in virtual learning.

Working together with IT, CAPS, and QIP, DECAL has launched a new page on their website for SOLVE, similar to the COVID-19 page.  The site is live now and will continually be updated with documents and information.  Applications will open next week (week of 8/31), but to learn more information, please click on the following link: http://www.decal.ga.gov/CAPS/Solve.aspx
