Description: This training is designed to support educators, to notice early signs of illness, and navigate health-related decisions with confidence. Together, we’ll explore how illness often shows up in small, like changes in behavior, energy, or participation and why fever alone doesn’t always give us the full picture. Using real-life scenarios grounded in licensing guidance, participants will practice responding calmly and consistently in ways that support children’s well-being, strengthen partnerships with families, and create a safer, more confident classroom.
