Description: This training helps early childhood educators understand how consistency builds emotional safety, confidence, independence, and classroom calm. The session focuses on practical classroom systems, teacher responses, routines, transitions, and relationship-based practices that help children know what to expect and feel secure from the very beginning of the school year. *This training aligns well with the broader “big three” framework of relationships, interactions, and schedules/routines while keeping the focus highly practical and relevant.
